No Customer Service My Maxima went to this shop for some computer issues, once my car was returned to me about 20 miles down the road, my front sensors came on like I had My Maxima went to this shop for some computer issues, once my car was returned to me about 20 miles down the road, my front sensors came on like I had been in a crash and the car came to a sharp stop on I-30 in rush hour traffic. It almost caused an accident. The car was taken back to them, after lots of back and forth with them and the body shop which is also McLarty on who was going to take ownership of the issues, mind you the body shop did nothing with the computer that was all the Nissan dealer. The dealer finally took the car and was looking at it. I needed a loaner car since this was their issue, again passed the blame back and forth, finally the dealer agreed. The first loaner car they gave me had a DONUT on it, then I go back, now at this point, you have damaged my car, gave a me a loaner with a DONUT, you would think we would make it better, NOPE they just I don't know blah blah blah and gave me a xxx Versa with manual everything, now they have my fully loaded Maxima in their possession to repair. I would never purchase anything from McLarty, NEVER, RUN from this service center, they have no idea what they are doing. You would be safer with a shade tree mechanic. Stay far away. More
