Have plenty of time ready for oil change We called in several days ahead of time to schedule a oil change on our pathfinder. Appt. was for 1:30 and we arrived about 15 minutes early. There wa We called in several days ahead of time to schedule a oil change on our pathfinder. Appt. was for 1:30 and we arrived about 15 minutes early. There was one other car in line ahead of us. We went into the lounge and had a seat. After about 30 minutes I noticed the car was still in the same place in service bay. After 55 minutes car was still there so I went out and asked service advisor if this was a bad day for us to come in for service. She told me they were just really busy. I can understand a dealership being busy and things happening. While we were waiting in lounge, there were no less than 4 mechanics coming in and out of their break area in the lounge area. A couple of them came in several times and were in no hurry to leave. It wound up taking over two hours for a scheduled oil change. Also one of the girls that sat at a computer in the lounge area was on her cell phone the whole two hours we were there. Never did quite figure out what her job might have been. I know it would be easier and less aggravating to just go to a quick lube from now on than deal with this dealership again. More

Poor service Took my wife’s Altima in to have a flat fixed and the tires rotated a few months ago. When we got the car back they had placed a mark on the tire that Took my wife’s Altima in to have a flat fixed and the tires rotated a few months ago. When we got the car back they had placed a mark on the tire that was to be fixed and the tire was in the same position on the car it was before we dropped it off. This last week the same tire started leaking again so we took it back to have the tire repaired and once again have the tires rotated. We were told it would take 1.5-2 hours maximum. After 3 hours the tire was determined to be non-repairable and the tire still had not been rotated. This is absolutely the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. More
