A good visit that went sour When I first entered the lot, I was greeted by Jamar who directed me to the service station since this was my first visit. He told me to check in with When I first entered the lot, I was greeted by Jamar who directed me to the service station since this was my first visit. He told me to check in with a guy, I cant remember his name, but he was sitting at the first service desk. I got checked in with him, he was great, told me exactly what was wrong with my car and that he would call when he was done with the diagnostic test so that I could report the info to my warranty company. After about 4 hrs of my car being at the shop, I called for an update on the status and was told my car would not be ready until 5. I received another call at about 430 pm stating my car was ready for pickup, so I headed that way. Needless to say, I looked at the wrong times on the website, thinking service did not close until 8, so I areived at the dealership around 5:30-6 pm. When I got there, I went to the cashiers desk and asked to check out, and was informed by a lady that service was closed until Monday, with an attitude. I said “ok” and started to look through my phone to see if I had made a mistake on the service stations hrs, and I realized that I did. The cashier then asked “are you Ms. Easter?” To which I replied yes. Her response was “You’re lucky, I remember calling you to tell you your car was ready, so I pulled your ticket and keys before they closed,” in an extremely rude tone. She proceeded to take the tag off my keys, lay my keys on the counter instead of my hand, and told me rudely “you owe me $100.” Confused, I asked “can you tell me what the charge is for?,” to which she replied “I dont know, theres just a note on here that says you need to pay me.” So I run to the car to get my wallet, come back in and hand her my card. She handed me my card and finally gave me a copy of my service reciept, and by this time, I had had enough of her rude attitude. Its almost as if she was rubbing it in my face that she did me a favor. Yes, I was grateful that she pulled my keys for me, but there was no need to be rude all because I made a mistake. If I had to wait until Monday, that would have just been that. She then sat my credit card receipt on the counter and I said to her “your attitude sucks.” She questioned what I said, I repeated myself while walking off, when she proceeded to stand up behind her desk and yell “I was nice enough to keep your keys for you!,” which in return set me off, causing us to exchange words before I left out the door. Overall, the customer should always be respected, there was no need for her to be rude in the first place, and she did not display ANY sort of customer service. Needless to say, I cannot remember her name, but this occurred on the evening of 12/15/18, so Im sure it can be figured out. More
Long but not unpleasant. Matthew Dodd, Michael Gonzalez and Tiffany in the service dept all went the extra mile in making sure that we were pleased with our purchase. Those 3 proved to to be very informed and knowledgeable about their product and were a pleasure to deal with. Because of them I came away feeling that i made a good decision and got the best deal possible. More

Long and Uninformative I didn't enjoy my service due to not being informed of the extensive repairs that were needed and not talking to Ben throughout the process. He was ve I didn't enjoy my service due to not being informed of the extensive repairs that were needed and not talking to Ben throughout the process. He was very difficult to get in contact with (I never got a returned call from him.) My transmission went out on my brand new 2017 Altima which was frustrating. My issue was not resolved the first time, so I had to bring my car back. I wasn't given a service car. Then I wasn't informed of the long process. I was grateful to get a rental car during the second drop off! The issue seems to be resolved and I'm thankful to have my car back! More
