Amateur service of a car I purchased there My car sat for 3 days while it was ready and nobody called to say it’s completed come pick it up, finally after leaving numerous calls a girl called b My car sat for 3 days while it was ready and nobody called to say it’s completed come pick it up, finally after leaving numerous calls a girl called back saying “your car is ready” I asked the guy in the service depart if during the 75k service did they change out the diff fluid as well he said NO that’s done at 80k my odometer was showing 77k?? Not very intuitive at all, also I went in and told the service manager how I had left several calls to no prevail and he said it was a mess around there he’s trying to fix! When I was leaving the guy in service said “well it shows we called 3 days ago to reach you!” I said well I got no call and why didn’t you guys leave a message” he had no comment, pitiful! This was the last straw my wife had previously come in and they tried to sell a lady a new set of tires saying there was a bubble on the inside of her tire and they needed replacing, the tires were 3 weeks old low profile soft composite and when I appeared they acted different. I took the car home lifted it up and the tires were perfect! My wife wanted to use the dealer we bought the car from and paid cash for to perform the 75k service otherwise I was against using this place but I did it for her and now we know never again! More

I actually stormed out of there I was so upset. We decided to try you all. Immediately when I got out of my car the first salesman who approached us had the same attitude and was awful to us. He acted like he could care less i wanted to buy a car. I was so upset and disheartened and about to give up with no car. My bf drove me around the back lot to look at the inventory. Jarmar pulled up and addressed me politely and professionally right away. He handed us his card and said if we want to talk call him and left us be. We saw his card said need a car call jamar and it made us laugh I loved it. We went to seek him out immediately. We told him what I was looking for and instead of saying I don't have it he said I will find it. He found exactly what I was looking for in Benton, picked it up, and I drove home in my new car that day. I am a manager of a pharmacy and everyone here can't stop talking about my car and ive told all my pharmacists "need a car, call jamar"! More

I’d like to have a McClarty Nissan rep (other than Tommy whatshisname) contact me to discuss that experience. And the cashier girl Tiffany has no business working with the public. She’s spastic, very abrupt and disorganized. She sent me out with a rental Titan truck without looking at existing damage on the vehicle, like the cracked windshield that I didn’t notice until I reached the freeway ramp. I pulled over and called to let her know and she texted me her cell number so I could send images to her. She didn’t ask about anything else or suggest I remove the huge sticker from the passenger window that completely blocked the view of oncoming traffic. I ended up taking it off in pieces a few days later. More

Excellence is hard to find Since the purchase of my nissan I have had this location as my perferred service provider. Very impressed. Greeted guickly and politely by Jeffery. He assured me he would see to my problem then showed me where to wait. I am 84 and feeling secure is very imporant to me. I had a long wait which was because of the repair not caused by inattention. I had the day off work so this was not a problem. Jeffery came three times during my wait to bring me up to date. Also Tiffany was very helpful answering my guestions about dublicating keys and just generally being helpful. Repair total was just what I was told it would be. Thank you for a positive experience. More
