Had to ask several times. $200 and 3 hrs later I left the dealership never to do business there again. I buy cars (BMW, Ford) from North Point in the past and never had any service issues. First Time At McLarty’s Have purchased 15 plus new vehicles in my time. Will have to say that this experience rates as one of the top two I have had.
