Poor service I’m not even sure that I should use the service in my description of my experience. I called on Monday to make an appointment to drop the car off off I’m not even sure that I should use the service in my description of my experience. I called on Monday to make an appointment to drop the car off off after I got off work on Tuesday for service on the vehicle on Wednesday. When I called I was told yea you can bring it in - he did not ask for my personal information. Before he hung up on me I asked if he needed the information for my appointment. When I arrived to drop off the car on Tuesday I gave the service guy my key and told him what was wrong. He took down my phone number. I asked if he needed the make/model of the car and I was told “we will find it”. On Wednesday I had not heard anything about the car being ready. I called around 230 with no answer in service department and called at least three other times. I left a voice mail and the receptionist said that she would hand deliver a message. No return call. I decided to drive to dealership around 5 to only be told that my car had not even been looked at. The guy I spoke to gave me his cell number and told me it would be ready on Friday and that someone would call me when it was ready. On Friday around 4 I had not received a phone call so I called the service department and received no answer. I called the cell phone I was given and did receive a call back that the car was ready. When I picked it up there was no service representatives. One of the mechanics came out and helped me. Horrible “service”. I felt extremely unappreciated as a customer. I drove to Little Rock from Bryant area because I had received good service in the past but I will not be back. I wanted to put 0 stars but that was not an option. More
