Oil change and tire rotation Service check in and out was great. Had tires rotated due to an upcoming trip. Only 2 of my newly purchased tire valve stem covers were replaced. The Service check in and out was great. Had tires rotated due to an upcoming trip. Only 2 of my newly purchased tire valve stem covers were replaced. The front tires were inflated to 36 and 38 psi. The back tires were inflated to 35 and 37 psi, instead of the recommended 33psi for each tire. So I'm disappointed in this simple service. More
Took too long and employees wouldn’t leave me alone. I gave 3 stars because they’re extremely slow about everything in the service center no matter what. BUT I came in with my kids to get my oil changed. I gave 3 stars because they’re extremely slow about everything in the service center no matter what. BUT I came in with my kids to get my oil changed. We (my kids and I) were minding our own business and employees wouldn’t leave us alone. One person tried to give snacks, multiple times, then another tried to give toys to play with (which weren’t cleaned before trying to hand them over...and it’s flu season). It was irritating more than anything bc i came in to get an oil change, it took 1.5 hours and I couldn’t take anyone else talking to me. It almost makes me want to just drop it off and come back when it’s ready. Not only that, but I had some weird random customer offer my kids his food that he had already eaten. My receipt says Paul Garringer, but idk who actually worked on my car so I selected everyone in the service center. More
