Ridiculous Service! The service advisor that helped us, was awesome. She (Renaye) was always kind and helpful. The technician (don’t know his name but sure wish I did!) The service advisor that helped us, was awesome. She (Renaye) was always kind and helpful. The technician (don’t know his name but sure wish I did!) in charge of fixing our car was the worst. He never responded to our Nissan rep in his efforts to communicate. He lied about talking to them and lied about when they had started to fix our car. Our car sat at your dealership for 5 weeks because of his faults and actions. We will never use McClarty of Nissan in Little Rock again. The only person that was reachable and helpful was Renaye. If I did not call her directly on her cell phone, no one else would respond. And the one guy (Cliff) I did talk to because she was out, never called back like he said he would. The place was complete chaos the day we sat in the waiting room for 3 hrs while they figured out what was wrong. 3 HRS!!! 3 hrs to hook it up to a machine that read the code to them. While guys were standing around, one girl was yelling back and forth to one of the guys about personal things. When we were finally able to get our rental car, the girl was all over the place and even took a personal cell phone call while helping us. Seriously the worst all around customer service I have seen in a long time. I watched the rental car girl tell one guy they didn’t rent cars unless his car was in the shop and just turned around and walked off while he was still trying to ask her a question. Just absolute nonsense and rudeness all over. More

Great friendly service I took my car in to have the radar sensor replaced. They replaced it at no charge and comped my oil changed because I had to wait so long. Headlight Out I brought my Rogue in because my headlight was out. Poe looked at it and something had come unplugged, so he plugged it back and sent me on my way. Wh I brought my Rogue in because my headlight was out. Poe looked at it and something had come unplugged, so he plugged it back and sent me on my way. What I appreciate is honesty and integrity. He could have replaced the bulb and charged me, but he didn’t do that. He did the honest thing, and I appreciate that and will continue to service my car where I feel people are going to be honest. And the driver was ve The experience was good because McLarty provided me with a ride to & from a restaurant while I waited for my car to be serviced. And the driver was very nice and drove safely. Tiffany, who checked me out was courteous and was available to check me out. I did appreciate that the waiting area offered coffee and water for people. The bathroom was clean too. The no so good experience was that I did have an appointment for a simple oil change and I still had to wait 2 hours. That is really not good at all. The service man explained that they were short handed. I had stopped in another time to try to get service, with no appointment and they were 2 hours behind then. So I wonder if making an appointment means nothing. Or I wondered why McLarty doesn't hire more people or build a bigger service area. More
