When I got there, the service rep saw me promptly and handwrote my needs down. He told me the computer had been acting up the past few days and apologized. My car was serviced quickly and was reasonably priced. The only downside I experienced was that the coffee machine was broken and I really needed some coffee that morning, but the lady behind the desk gave my husband and me some bottled water. More
