What is the purpose of making an appointment? Made an appointment, so that an hour and fifteen minutes later my van can finally be looked at for an oil change. Asked for my van to be washed. Was given some excuse as to the detail department being a 3rd party? Asked for my radio to be reset as I was having issues with Sirus. They didn't touch it. Did not reset my settings/oil change indicator. I provided a list of 4 small items that need to be addressed under warranty. They told me I would need to make an appointment to leave my van for a full day to look at these issues. This should take less than an hour to look at the items and see what parts need to be ordered. Also, every other Nissan Dealership has Nissan coupons posted on their webpage. Not this location. The service representative was rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. He never told me his name. If I wasn't forced to have my NV worked on at this location I would never go back. More

Initial problems but overall very happy We had some initial problems in the purchase of our new Nissan Rogue. It was delivered with some scratches on the vehicle. SORRY SALES AND SERVICE I PURCHASED A USED TRUCK HAD BAD BATTERY ON IT ASK FOR IT TO BE CHANGED LEFT TRUCK WITH THEM AT 12;00 IN MORNING TOLD THEM I BE BACK AT 7;30 PM TO PIC I PURCHASED A USED TRUCK HAD BAD BATTERY ON IT ASK FOR IT TO BE CHANGED LEFT TRUCK WITH THEM AT 12;00 IN MORNING TOLD THEM I BE BACK AT 7;30 PM TO PICK TRUCK UP WAS TOLD TRUCK WAS NOT FIXED AND THEY HAD NO WAY GET OUT OF SERVICE BUILDING YOU CANT PULL OFF CHANGING BATTERY IN THAT TIME .!
