SORRY SALES AND SERVICE I PURCHASED A USED TRUCK HAD BAD BATTERY ON IT ASK FOR IT TO BE CHANGED LEFT TRUCK WITH THEM AT 12;00 IN MORNING TOLD THEM I BE BACK AT 7;30 PM TO PIC I PURCHASED A USED TRUCK HAD BAD BATTERY ON IT ASK FOR IT TO BE CHANGED LEFT TRUCK WITH THEM AT 12;00 IN MORNING TOLD THEM I BE BACK AT 7;30 PM TO PICK TRUCK UP WAS TOLD TRUCK WAS NOT FIXED AND THEY HAD NO WAY GET OUT OF SERVICE BUILDING YOU CANT PULL OFF CHANGING BATTERY IN THAT TIME .! SENT ME HOME WITH LOANER TRUCK WITH PROMISE MY TRUCK WOULD BE BROUGHT TO MY HOUSE FIRST THING NEXT MORNING WAITED ALL NEXT DAY TILL AFTER NOON CALLED DEALERSHIP ASK WERE MY TRUCK WAS TOLD HAD NO DRIVER BY SALES MAN WITH HIS MANGER TELL HIM TO TELL ME WOULD BE 9;00 THAT NIGHT OR I HAVE COME GET IT NEXT DAY ! WELL SINCE MY TIME NOT IIS IMPORTANT AND DIDNT WANT TO BE HALF NIGHT WAITING FOR THEM TO FIND MY HOUSE I WENT PICKED MY TRUCK UP NEXT DAY ! TO HAVE MANGER WANT TO KNOW WHY I WAS UPSET THEN TRYED BLAME IT ON ME ! I WILL NOT EVERY BYE ANOTHER TRUCK FROM THEM EVER ! More

Recent Vehicle Purchase Salesman told me a few lies which led to my finance charge being 24k vs 18k. Excessive contracts were added to my loan! Unhappy Customer. Im happy wi Salesman told me a few lies which led to my finance charge being 24k vs 18k. Excessive contracts were added to my loan! Unhappy Customer. Im happy with the car but my experience was the worst in my car purchasing history. I was told in finance that the loan wouldnt go through unless I had all the extra contacts which put me paying roughly 5k more than I agreed to. I was so tired i just signed the loan and drove home which was 2.5 hours away! I think there was alot of miscommunication but the salesman I was paired with lied repeatedly. Call me for further details if needed! I dont mind gap coverage but I believe thats where the abuse should have stopped! Eric tried very hard to make me feel better and he did but I dont think another customer should have to go through this! Im open to this all being corrected if possible! More
