Alignment on C70 I called and made appointment on Saturday to get the alignment checked on my C70. I asked if I could get an alignment on Saturday and was told yes. I drove from Fort Smith to be told that something was bent and the guy that could find the bent part was not there so they could not align the car. I test drove a Volvo XC90 while there but have decided I do not want another auto that I have to drive that far for service that I might or might not get. My husband has always been in the belief that Volvo was the safest auto on the road, but if something can bend so that an alignment could not be done by just hitting pot holes in the streets, I am beginning to wonder just how safe and strong is a Volvo. I have already had to pay over $600.00 for a wheel being bent from the pot holes in the streets. More

Insurance replaced 3 tires Took my car in mid afternoon for a bad tire. Found out I had three bad tires that needed replacing. The service department contacted the insurance co, Took my car in mid afternoon for a bad tire. Found out I had three bad tires that needed replacing. The service department contacted the insurance co, thank goodness I purchased the tire and rim insurance, got the approval and replaced all 3 tires in a few hours. The bill was over $900 and was covered by the insurance. More
