I had purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback last spring. While traveling and having my vehicle serviced in Florida, it was brought to my attention that I had some uneven tire wear. I took the Outback to McLaughlin Subaru for service. Jake went out of his way to get me in to look at the problem. He stated that I needed an alignment and 4 new tires. Jake's service manager said that Subaru would stand behind the issue and provided me with a loaner vehicle while they repaired my Outback. I received an alignment and 4 new tires at no cost to me.
