It was then sold out from under me which I did not appreciate. I almost went back home since I was only half way there but I took a chance that I might like another one. Everyone there was great, had a great time and got what I wanted still the price could have been a little better since I didn't get what I originally came for. That's why I didn't give a 5 star. I previously left a bad review I’ve since realized that the problem with the car was due to gas brand and not the dealerships fault! They worked with me and sold me the car for what I asked for. Service was great. A thermostat replacement fixed the seeming electronic issue we were having on our 2015 Suburban. No idea how that got loose but glad we didn’t have to go back those service trips get expensive. More

Was in a sticky spot with getting out of a lease (non Chevy). Jacob Chastain was amazing! I came in knowing what I wanted to look at. Jacob was efficient and so easy to work with. Overall, I walked in less than hopeful. But, McLoughlin delivered. Im so happy with my car (2021 Spark Activ)! Can't wait for my first check up (I'll definitely have to grab some accessories too).
