We had a very good experience at McLoughlin Chevrolet seeking to purchase a used vehicle in a very specific price range. The car we initially were seeking to look at based on internet pics turned out to seeking to purchase a used vehicle in a very specific price range. The car we initially were seeking to look at based on internet pics turned out to not be as desirable once we saw it at the dealership. However Dan Kimble, our sales agent, asked us a few more questions after meeting us and found a 2016 Chevy Equinox on the lot that fit perfectly at the price point we wanted. I couldn't have been more pleased at the end of the process as I ended up with a quality vehicle I wasn't originally considering but super happy with as an end result. Navigating the process during this Covid environment is definitely more challenging and as a result the process did take a little more time in getting through the financing and final paperwork. That said and a testament to the integrity of Dan, he stayed with us during the full process, sitting and chatting, despite having other opportunities to start sales conversations with other customers that had come in looking for him based on prior conversations. I was impressed with that. The dealership definitely doesn't have that high pressure feel which was very favorable in sticking to our objective and ending with a transaction that did not have us feeling remorse at the end.
