Blown Away This was my first time buying a car from a legitimate dealership and I had always expected the worst. Luckily, after a slew of terrible dealerships ly This was my first time buying a car from a legitimate dealership and I had always expected the worst. Luckily, after a slew of terrible dealerships lying to me on 82nd Ave., I found myself at McLoughlin Chevy. First, their website had an abundance of details and photos. Within the day of my online query I was contacted by Kaveh. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and the vehicle I was seeing was already pulled out front for me to see clearly. Overall, everyone was really so down to Earth here, but Kaveh continued to make the process feel so seamless. A man named Jeff took care of financing for me, and whoa: the man is good too. He didn't break a sweat working with at least 5 or 10 banks and credit unions to beat my own bank's pretty approved rate to save me plenty of money. They listened to my monthly budget and made it better and better. From initial viewing, through test driving, paperwork, and my trade-in, they had me out of there with my (used) new car in literally 3 hours. I hope you can see why I was blown away. GO HERE! Kaveh and Jeff made my life so much nicer in being wonderful associates, I can only guess that they aren't the only great ones. Thank you so so so much. More

He didn't pressure us into buying until we we're ready. After test driving other trucks at Dodge we new the Chevy was the right choice. However, we didn't know if it would fit in the garage. Bruce allowed us to take the truck home to make sure the truck fit in the garage. Long story short, truck fit, truck sold. We appreciate the hard work from Bruce and the finance team at Mclaughlin Chevrolet. They stayed after hours to help close the deal. This is our first Chevy truck and as long as the truck holds up like we've heard Chevys do we will buy from Mclaughlin Chevy again. More

Serviced my car All i can say is that I made an appointment, they took my car, said they serviced it, charged me and gave me a receipt. That was all done promptly, and for that I rated them. Other than that I can't say as I was unable to witness any work being done. I do know they reset the oil use% and put on a new window sticker. The reason I would recommend this service is because I have faith that they did what they said! More

HORRIBLE I made a review when I first purchased my SUV. I gave 4 stars because the sales man worked with me. Even though I was given miss information and took several unnecessary trips to the dealership. I bought a 2008 Ford explore for a great price, I though it was luck on my part. I had been saving for a car and had enough to purchase outright. Well I bought the car. Shortly after the car started making a weird sound at start up, I though it needed a oil change because the stickler in the window showed it was due. I got an oil change and learned that all the brakes and rotors needed to be replace and the sound had nothing to do with the oil. I just took it to the shop and learned that the exhaust manifold needs to be prepared. I am so disappointed, the sales man reassured me the dealership had did all these checks on the vehicle. WHY WOULD A DEALERSHIP SALE A CAR IN THIS SHAPE! I was going to buy a car regardless but did not want to buy something I was going to have to repair a month later. More
