Nice enough salespeople but $100 a filter is absurd and didn’t get a car wash....service can be at the drive through generic service business, so why come to a dealership? Upfront honesty My "check engine light" came on and I brought the car in for diagnostics. At the end of the days I got a text saying that it was fixed and the charge My "check engine light" came on and I brought the car in for diagnostics. At the end of the days I got a text saying that it was fixed and the charge was x$- a pretty good chunk of money but not unexpected and they had to get under the dashboard. When I went to pay up there was a big post-it on the file that said "see Don for adjustments" The service rep went back and Don came out and said that they had replaced that part 6 months ago and it went bad again- must have been a faulty part. No charge today. I was amazed. I would have never known but McLoughlin Chevrolet evidently runs and honest shop. Looking forward to buying my next care from them. More
