They seemed very busy when I came in for my scheduled appointment. I asked if they would still be within the time I was told, they said yes. I was done a half hour before they said I'd be done. Appreciate the honesty and service.
Came in for oil change but tech found a couple belts needed replacing also. I had also asked for a rubber to be replaced above lift gate door. I was told the part isn’t made anymore. However, the nice man is parts took the time to find a list of dealers who may have it and printed them out for me.
The reason for the 3 is I called a week in advance to make the appointment.
The receptionist could not find me sent me to Don.
Don asked what he could do for me. Told him the reason I was there. He preseeded to tell
me he could get me in on Monday. Not except able. I have an appointment at 10 am. Asked if I made it on line. No I called and spoke with a lady.
Don took care of everything Avalanche went in immediately. Did not time it but it did not take long.
Don saved you a customer.
You can tell right a way that Vanessa has many years experience in the car industry .... She is very friendly with big smile and also knowledgeable when it comes to cars .... McLoughlin Chevrolet is very lucky to have her as an employee.....I’ll be back for sure !!!
