Appointment Was given a 7:30 am appt when the shop does not start until 8:00 am. I lost a half hour for nothing. Don Cohen is the best! I worked with Don to get my car repaired. He was great with telling me it could be a while as one of my parts was on a NATIONAL BACK ORDER LIST!
