Good service dept. until last visit. Had to wait 1 hour for technician to return from lunch to fix tire. They didn't want to fix tire because they didn't have the equip until last visit. Had to wait 1 hour for technician to return from lunch to fix tire. They didn't want to fix tire because they didn't have the equipment to calibrate tires and didn't want to take responsibility and be liable. Sent me to Discount Tire for repair. DT fixed with no charge. My complaint is that I had to wait for technicians lunch and then they couldn't fix the problem. I wasted two hours at dealership and then got sent somewhere else for repair? What the heck? My car is a 2014 Chevy Corvette. Chevy dealership couldn't repair a Chevrolet? I spent 3 hours for repair. No charge, but lost time. More

I had the honor of meeting the owner this visit and of course, he’s a gem of a human being as well. I live in WA state and will drive the hour to the team here for all my automotive needs.
