I took my truck in because of a electrical trailer break code, they instructed me that I had to pay a little over $200 to do a diagnostic that would take roughly a half an hour, so I waited. Two hours later, they told me that it was Two modules and one of them was backordered for several years and may never be produced again, they told me that the part was out To affinity and they could not fix my truck because they couldn’t get the parts. I am sure that this is a problem with more than just my rig so I do not understand why I had to pay to find out what’s wrong with it and it can’t be fixed. Over the years I have purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership one was a Chevy Tahoe and the other my Duramax HD 3500 Four-door 4 x 4 I do plan on purchasing a new truck someday it will not be from McLaughlin Chevrolet. More
