My last service was done on a cold snowy/icy day that also happened to fall on a federally recognized holiday (MLK Day). Kayla was the only service writer working and really appeared to be a skeleton cre also happened to fall on a federally recognized holiday (MLK Day). I had a concern over a warranty issue with my GPS not working as it should and wanted to get my preventative maintenance done at the same time. The repair was delayed a bit, and I appreciated the prompt communication that it would take longer than expected. I was fine that it was taking longer, especially when I received the communication in a timely manner. My vehicle was repaired and even updated to the latest software version and the service done to my truck was done very well (I'm very OCD and check afterwards). Thank you to this dealer, I'll be back. More

I can not express enough how consistently dissatisfied I am with the service department at this dealership. Drivers window was stuck all the way down on a very, rainy weekend above and beyond when the mechanism controlling my windows in my older Volt broke.
