You lied to me you rep told me rat chewed up the connection so it had to be replace ,it took your mechanic 3 hours to replace. I looked at the connection it was only a 2 wire and the connection was connection so it had to be replace ,it took your mechanic 3 hours to replace. I looked at the connection it was only a 2 wire and the connection was fine it needed 1 wire reconnected and that would have been a whole lot cheaper so yes they lied to me. Liar More

Have been working on getting the paint on my vehicle fixed for 2 months now via warranty, been speaking directly with the service manager. I dropped off my vehicle for the appointment on time. They told me it would take a few days to repair the failing paint, a week had passed by with no update so I called them just to find out my car had been sitting all week with no work performed. Frustrated already with no loaner I picked up the car and was told I’d receive a call in a day or two with an update. Still have yet to be contacted after leaving messages.
