I was not impressed with the communication with the service representative during the repair of my 2019 Silverado. Customers can't reach you. Poor automated phone prompts. Long wait times. After calling around I finally got ahold of someone at Mcloughlin Chevrolet. The first person actually took the time to look up my VIN and see that I had recalls on my car. Scheduled an appointment online. Got the car in within week. Within 24 hours they gave us what was wrong and it was covered under warranty. Car was finished within 48 hours of that.
