Dealer ship staff was easy to work with. Had oil changed in my Tahoe. They had my vehicle done in less than an hour. In a service department, you expect to have the problem corrected, which they did. What made the experience a pure joy, however was dealing with Kelsea, my Service Advisor. Understand, I never even met her in person, we only talked on the phone. She wasn't in when I dropped my car off the night before my appointment, nor was she there when I picked it up the day following the repair. However, because of the conversations we had setting up the process, I felt like she was still controlling it; everything happened right on schedule, just like I'd hoped it would. I was pleased that they accommodated my request for a "pre-purchase" inspection of a private party purchase. They got me in within 2 days (I believe), and got me out in a fairly timely manner.
