Kayla was very friendly. My only complaint is pricing seems to keep going up. Last time I had the air cabin filter replaced, labor was $50 (which seems high for the work), this time I was charged $75 for seems to keep going up. The people that I dealt with on that particular day are wonderful. However, the tech could not supposedly find or duplicate any of my concerns yet as soon as I got into my vehicle, they were all still ther wonderful. The last place I wanted to take my truck was to a dealership. It's hard to find a good mechanic that doesn't gouge you for every penny.
