Rich reviewed all of my new car's bells & whistles with me and synced my phone to the car's system. He told me if I had any questions to call him anytime. I was introduced to the sales, service & parts dept heads & various staff including master mechanics. Never treated so royally when purchasing an automobile. You can bet this is where I will always take my car for service. Told to leave my car, get ride home so a diagnostic could be performed, not even a repair. After over 5 hours called to find out status and told the car had not been looked at yet. Asked for a ride to pick up my car. Called after waiting 45 minutes and eventually driver showed up. Asked the service person, Arthur, for my keys. He asked if I wanted to bring my car back the next day. Obviously they had overbooked their appointments. Had I waited there for my car, I would be it would have been checked while I waited. Cannot go without a car for two full days. I had an appointment and this would not have happened if I were male, you can be sure of that. Had been using this service center but no longer will I do so. Arthur has no idea what customer service really means. Denise was extremely helpful and is extremely customer oriented. More
