Worst Service Department! I have had nothing but horrible service experience here at McMahon Ford. First experience was told I could get a ride to work and back, get there and I have had nothing but horrible service experience here at McMahon Ford. First experience was told I could get a ride to work and back, get there and was told NO. Second experience I called to inquire about two different oil change/maint. Offers...they couldn't explain to me what happens for each. Third was I had stopped in to get my brakes checked multiple times and was told they were fine, plenty of life left....called Monday as my brakes were making a grinding noise all of a sudden and Tuesday the noise increased to sounding like I had a flat tire. Turns out my inner pad on the drivers side had totally disintegrated down to bare metal while the exterior pad was fine. The interior was offset and left marks on my rotor which I had to also replace as the wear was not normal. I finally got a call back from McMahon Ford this morning....after I had replaced the brakes and rotor myself due to safety concerns. I was told by whom ever answered the phone that I would get a call back in the AM when Billie got to work (Tuesday am) he called me back this morning (Thursday) Do not appreciate the lack of concern nor urgency when a customer calls to complain about an issue - clearly either you all believe women know nothing about cars or you still believe there was nothing wrong with my brakes (pure ignorance) I posted a photo on their facebook page. More

We quickly ruled out one car then we had to decide between two very excellent and clean choices. We eventually decided on a used Ford Edge. Most recently, I inherited a 2004 retro Thunderbird which is a wonderful car, but its age and years of infrequent use brought about many service-oriented issues. I was always pleased with the repairs, the explanations, and the general care taken with the car. But when the issues became just too much, I decided it was better for me to trade in the 2004 for a new car. The service guys put me in the care of sales rep Ed Maldonado, and we got the deal done. I was able to take the new car home the same day, such a relief. Ed guided me through the estimate on my old car, the financing process, and, happily, the explanation of all the options on my beautiful new Escape. I continue to feel confident that I can call on Ed with any questions which may come up. I am grateful to have the McMahon company behind me, and Ed as a contact there as a happy Ford owner. More

Long time customer I've been buying cars at McMahon Ford since 2006 and the reason I always go back its because of the excellent conditions of the used cars and the outs I've been buying cars at McMahon Ford since 2006 and the reason I always go back its because of the excellent conditions of the used cars and the outstanding customer service!! Over the years I had two explorers, two Focus, a Fusion for my daughter and recently a Ford Escape 2015 which I'm so in love with. All staff is awesome and helpful, they found all rebates and financial options for my convenience, all paper work was done fast and easy I just have to go and pick up my vehicle the very next day. Richard Agudo took the time to explain every feature in my new Escape and how everything works,I can't be more happy and satisfied! If you are like me the woman I used to be afraid to go to any dealer and get any car maybe with hidden damage I highly recommend Fod McMahon is a piece of mine, and you can be sure you're going to walk out with a brand new car or if you're looking for a used car Ford McMahon has used car like new.
