I have been going here for almost 30 years and have had great service from sales to the service Department. I bought my first Ram there and it was taken care of thru the years by Chuck Ceadarburg 👍🏽. About 3 years ago prior to change of ownership they performed a major engine swap on my 2002 Ram and has taken care of my Wife’s 2013 Ram along with our newest 2020 Ram. I would like to thank Jeremy and the rest of the Service Department along with Shane in the parts Department. We just don’t have anyone in Lincoln City that we can trust yet alone do the quality of work in a timely manner. And to mention that Jeremy reminds me of how Chuck took care of us in the past. My recent experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I inquired about a vehicle that was advertised online at a specific price, only to be told after the fact that they added a mandatory disappointing. I inquired about a vehicle that was advertised online at a specific price, only to be told after the fact that they added a mandatory ‘Clear Care’ package that increased the price significantly. When I initially questioned the fees, I was told it could be removed — and then later told it could not. The numbers changed multiple times, communication was inconsistent, and ultimately they stopped responding altogether. I value transparency when buying a vehicle, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. More

I selected “no” because “maybe” was not an option. Staff were friendly, but I brought our 4xe in for service because we got a “hybrid service required” alert. They said there was no known fix for this Staff were friendly, but I brought our 4xe in for service because we got a “hybrid service required” alert. They said there was no known fix for this, but Jeep was aware of the issue and it didn’t affect drivability. So they changed the oil. The cost was $120, which seems excessive. I think I will use my regular mechanic next time, as they charge about $40. More
