Have used this dealership for the last 3 oil changes and service and the service department employees seem to always be dismissive and have no empathy or compassion. I will be looking for a new location to service and the service department employees seem to always be dismissive and have no empathy or compassion. I will be looking for a new location to service my truck due to their outrageous pricing for an oil change and tire rotation. I just had my invoice, and it cost me with a veteran's discount $411 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. The pricing has gone up 110 dollars from 6 months ago. I wouldn't mind spending extra for good service but again, the service department employees have zero customer service skills. More
A social media ad was what caused me to contact the dealership. Ryan from online sales was quick to communicate in a welcoming and professional manner, which gave hope of a positive interaction to come dealership. Ryan from online sales was quick to communicate in a welcoming and professional manner, which gave hope of a positive interaction to come. Though once I was contacted from Owen from sales, the lack of a welcome tone and professionalism was apparent. Owen was quick to ask where I lived and noted since I was outside of the city (located one county over), it was reason to not do business since their inventory was low. Based on Owens statements, I would advise focusing your marketing to within the McMinnville area to avoid further requests from clients that Owen will turn away. More
TL;DR They broke a part on my truck and refused to replace it. I recently took my truck in for an issue with the rear window. I had troubleshot the issue myself and been bounced between a couple bo replace it. I recently took my truck in for an issue with the rear window. I had troubleshot the issue myself and been bounced between a couple body and glass shops, and finally took it to the dealer hoping they would have a quick fix. I detailed to the service advisor that only one small part on the regulator for the backlite window was malfunctioning. The cable spooler and motor were working correctly. I demonstrated for him opening and closing the window and was very explicit that the tech needed to focus on only the one part. When I got my truck back, the tech recommended an entire new regulator, to the tune of $1200, the part being only $200. I questioned the advisor, so he, the tech, and I all went out to the truck so the tech could show why he recommended such. He then showed that the cable inside the spooler had come unwound and was fraying and binding, which it was not when I dropped the truck off. When I asked why he hadn't looked at the one part I had pointed out, he said they normally just glue those down. I asked the advisor what the dealership was going to do since they had broken a part that was in working order before they touched it and he said they couldn't be held liable. The next day, I called the Service Manager. I told him the entire story, and he spoke to the tech (the advisor apparently quit that very night), then called me in the morning offering to go half on the labor for the replacement. Since Chrysler lists it as 4 hours for a 30 minute job, that would still be far higher cost than for me to replace it myself, so I refused. I should count myself lucky it's only a $200 part and they didn't break anything else. More
Went to buy a truck that's been on their lot for well over a year. Turns out they sent it to auction to get rid of it, but were able to get it back for me. I told them my payment limits and they couldn't over a year. Turns out they sent it to auction to get rid of it, but were able to get it back for me. I told them my payment limits and they couldn't do it, so I was willing to walk away. They ran out to the parking lot after me as I was leaving and said they could do a little better, which was still more than my max payment. I said they need to work on the price for the truck but they wouldn't budge. They were sending it to auction to get rid of it, but wouldn't work with me on price?! That left a bad taste in my mouth, but I could make the payment work, so I still did it. But what really got me was that they spent quite a long time cleaning it, but left hair all over inside, looks like dog hair. But even letting that go, what was the cheapest thing I've seen is that we test drove it at first and it had almost no gas in it. They even noticed that themselves and went to put gas in it after we bought it and but only put a 1/4 tank in it?! I mean really? You're so cheap that you won't fill a car the someone just bought for $50k? The whole experience made me feel nickel and dimed and that I dealt with sleazy sales people who play tricks. The only thing that made this worth it is that this is actually a great truck and was exactly what I was looking for. But I will never buy from Jim Doran again. And now I just received a letter that they are refunding me licensing fees because I didn't get them a deq inspection within 5 business days of them telling me they needed it and are now putting the responsibility on me to handle. The customer service is ridiculously horrid. Worst car buying experience I've ever had hands down. More
