Air bag recall To start I had talked to Woodhouse because they had called me about trading pickups. I told the salesman we had a recall on our 2007 Mustang and when To start I had talked to Woodhouse because they had called me about trading pickups. I told the salesman we had a recall on our 2007 Mustang and when we brought it over for the recall he could look at our car. I talked to the service manager who rudely told me they didn't have the parts or would be getting them anytime soon. So I called McMullen's to see if they could help me. I talked to Dave how was very nice and looked up our recall notice and told me they would have to our the parts, but would call me when they were in. A few days later Dave called and made an appointment for me and fixed the airbags on the recall. McMullen Ford went all out to give us fast service and even washed our car. Thanks you gained a new customer and Woodhouse lost my business!! More

Robert was polite, out-going, helpful, and great a listening to what I wanted. Offered us something to drink and started running some numbers and already had in mind a vehicle for me to look at. We got to the paperwork part of things and it went very quickly but the gentleman was very nice in answering any questions we had and helpful in explaining things. More
