I couldn't be happier with the vehicle that I purchased from Woodhouse! We drove all the way from South Dakota to look at the same vehicle at a different dealership. While in route, that other dealership sold the car without even contacting me. Perhaps it was devine intervention, however, as Woodhouse had exactly what I was looking for with 20k less miles, in far better condition, and still in my price range! Upon arriving, Alec had the car outside and ready for me. He was a wonderful representative of the franchise, knowledgeable and very respectful. Moreover, the dealership was even willing to remedy an issue with the tires on my new vehicle after I paid for it, "as-is." Matt, one of the wonderful managers, had absolutely no obligation to honor my request, but he genuinely wanted to make sure that my family was safe on the road this coming winter—mitigating a potential issue raised by the tires that came on the vehicle. They went the extra mile, and I'm so grateful that I drove the 3.5 extra hours - went the extra miles myself - in order to work with such a fantastic team of people. I highly recommend Woodhouse Lincoln! Great people, excellent quality of inventory at super competitive prices, and just an all-around great experience.

reccently purchased a used car from larson motors (sales staff was pleasent and helpful) called in to have a service appointment set up and was scheduled no problem, lounge area was comfortable and had a nice chat with my sales rep and my car was out in no time.

My first time using this dealership for auto repair. 1) The prices for service seem high. This is expected when using a dealer for auto service, but even with that mind, it still seemed high. Although I was contacted in advance about the cost of the bill. 2) In addition, after getting a ride to pick up the car, I find a note on the service ticket saying that a simple problem was found and not addressed. They offered to keep the car another day to address the secondary problem. I was NOT contacted to ask if I wanted this secondary problem fixed while they had the vehicle. 3) When I asked about the reasoning about this, I was told that it wouldn't have been any cheaper to try to share the labor costs. Totally disregarding the inconvience factor of losing your vehicle for an additional day, getting a ride to drop it off, or pick it up.
