Recent Service Dept. We gave them the issue, they said that WAS NOT the issue. When I picked up my car, the Threshold on my drover side was COMPLETELY Destroyed with dirt We gave them the issue, they said that WAS NOT the issue. When I picked up my car, the Threshold on my drover side was COMPLETELY Destroyed with dirt and feet marks, a 5 INCH SCRATCH on my dash and I had the phone charger area covered with a towel, it was pushed aside like someone used my buildt in charger pad, AND the issue was Not fixed! My Escape ST Line Elite has 9k miles looks immaculate, I am NOT Happy how it was trashed & Not fixed, the issue started up as soon as I drove off. Never Ever again will I use their service dept for the lack of Disrespect to my New Vehicle More
