I was quite impressed with McMullen Ford dealership. They had a good variety of cars on there lot, when alot of other dealerships had very few or some had none due to the covid virus. My salesman was great, he was kind and courteous, he was not at all pushy, i did not feel pressured by him as so many salesman make me feel. I told him what i wanted and what i wanted to test drive and he was very quick about getting me behind the wheel to test drive the vehicles i was interested in. He was very informative, answered all my questions quickly and accurately. He made me very comfortable with the sale. When i went to pick up my vehicle he set up the Ford app for me and made sure i knew what all the gadgets were in the vehicle and how to use them. I had planned to go to many other places looking at different cars, but there was no need as i found what i wanted here and they made sure i was comfortable with everything. It just felt right, everything about my experience. The dealership was very clean and festive, decorated up for Christmas. The display floor was awesome with old Fords from the past. All in all i had a great experience at McMullen Ford and i would definately refer people here and definately buy from them again. Also i am very happy with my new Ford Ranger. Thank you !!! More
