Salesman was pretty good. Wasn’t always timely on text replies but very nice and professional. Sales manager shouldn’t promise “clean/restore the used truck just as good as new” if that isn’t what is deli replies but very nice and professional. Sales manager shouldn’t promise “clean/restore the used truck just as good as new” if that isn’t what is delivered at sale. Tires were -50% and no offer to replace / deal on the price, rear brake light lens and both fog light lenses cracked and not replaced, etc. There was no pressure in the sale but it was made very clear that they “often sell vehicles from the shop prior to refurbish”.
