McMullen Ford is the absolute best place to go! I get oil changes there every other month it feels like and have put a ton of miles on my car but they keep it looking and running like new. Very bad experience with the service department. Submitted my review previously. I knew what needed to be done when I brought it in, They insisted on doing a diagnostic when the truck had no issues. Submitted my review previously. I knew what needed to be done when I brought it in, They insisted on doing a diagnostic when the truck had no issues. I just wanted a program change so I could see the status of my DPF filter. Did damage to the truck and then tried to way over charge for the repairs. They want $975 to change a $160 hose and 20 minutes of labor. That's what it took me to do it. More
