My truck was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Those items and a recall item were both finished in 30- 45 minutes. The waiting area is above average. Have been waiting months for a GM warranty claim to pay me back. Everything has been approved then your warranty clerk quit and evidently they are the only one that can cut a check, this is ridiculous. Lov me back. I also have had warranty work done there and they wanted me to pay for diag but it is the shop and warranty department to figure that out not the customers. More
