Fees high, unwanted service plan $2000,, refused to takeoff( thru dealer, required service work there, no coverage at other dealers if out of town)finally dropped it 2 days later. I got a 2019 trail boss for 47,000 45 days ago went by for an oil change and the salesman ask me how I liked it. I explained it was ok but really wanted something bigger he said he had a 3500 dodge dually for an oil change and the salesman ask me how I liked it. I explained it was ok but really wanted something bigger he said he had a 3500 dodge dually for 51,000 that was on from 71,000 told him I was very interested ask him to work the price up with my trade inn. So they said my trade value was 32,000 that’s 15,000 difference in just 45 days and I questioned him on that he said something to do with rebates unreal.No since in showing something is on sale and then making up the difference on trade inn. You guys were very nice and professional when I bought my 1500 trail boss at Mcsweeny dodge but I feel very crooked when you run these big sales. I would have bought some more vehicles from you guys but feel like your sales event is not for real I have bought 6 vehicles from sierra Toyota because they were very honest with me. Tried using you guys for the first time should have stayed with sierra Toyota thanks for taking my review will not recommend anyone to shop here. More

Garrett Canno is awesome to work with. I didn't get to the dealership until late on Saturday evening and he insisted on helping me with my needs. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Took our Jeep In because of a message that the remote entry system needed service. 4 1/2 hours later including an oil change, a tire rotation that I Took our Jeep In because of a message that the remote entry system needed service. 4 1/2 hours later including an oil change, a tire rotation that I was told would be free if I purchased my tires through the dealership (charged 25.95) when we went to leave we asked about the remote entry they said the message never came on we opened the door and it appeared like it has every time, called them out after 25 minutes they you need to bring it back and plan to leave it for 2-3 days so we can run diagnostics on it. My wife googled it as we were driving home, pulled the ground off the battery for 20 minutes system reset clearing the message. I won't mention the brake work smh! Needless to say I won't be back and will not recommend them to anybody. More
