Beyond expectations! Approx 12:30pm on Black Friday my car wouldn't start. I frantically called Meade Lexus - Southfield because I couldn't have my car disabled all weeke Approx 12:30pm on Black Friday my car wouldn't start. I frantically called Meade Lexus - Southfield because I couldn't have my car disabled all weekend. They advised me there were no appointments available this day however they offered same-day service as long as I could allow up to 3 hours for completion of service. The service area was fully packed yet the greated me and Tony wrote up my service issue very promptly. Tony advised me of the possible issues and indicated they would promptly look at the car however he repeated it could be a 3 hour wait. To my surprise, I was on the road with my car completely serviced within 75 minutes from the time I arrived. The service experience was very professional and very fast. I know from experience that I never would have gotten the same service at another dealers service department. To be able to bring my car at the last minute and having the job completed so quickly is truly a special quality, however that has consistently been my experience at Meade Lexus - Southfield. Tony took care of my issue very quickly and very professionally. More
