Extremely Disappointed I brought my 2008 es350 in for an oil change, a new battery and to repair a damaged side view mirror. Although there was some mis-communication about I brought my 2008 es350 in for an oil change, a new battery and to repair a damaged side view mirror. Although there was some mis-communication about the side view mirror, I felt that the service manager made things right. However, upon receiving my vehicle back and washing it a week later I realized that scratches had been made on the the front grill. I believe that while the battery was being replaced, that it was set on the front grill causing the scratches. Upon further inspection of the vehicle I found that a small gash had been made on the back of drivers seat! I feel that this was done intentionally as the person that repaired the side view mirror the 1st time was probably the same one that had to redo it the 2nd time (no proof) However, when the mirror was repaired the 1st time, the service manager asked me for the repaired part and was upset the the person that had repaired the mirror had Not put the repaired pieces in my vehicle. Again, I have no proof what-so-ever, but if the service person was upset for being called out on not putting the repaired part in my vehicle, and needing to repair it a 2nd time, he may have been upset. It looks like someone took a screwdriver and just dug it into the seat. Again, I have no proof. I do have pictures of these. As a result of this incident, not only will I not buy my new vehicle from Meade, which I was planning on doing, and had already spoken with Jeff my sales person, but will never go back for any reason, nor will I say anything positive about this dealership, ever! My girlfriend has also been receiving her service on her Lexus from Meade, and will cease to do so going forward. We will both be purchasing new cars in the next 30-60 days by the way. I attribute the incredible performance to his care. When I contacted him that my Maintenance Service Light appeared, he wasted no time in scheduling me for the service needed. He was able to provide a loaner; upon my return, he spelled out every thing that was done on behalf of my vehicle and explained when the next service would be due. Of course, the great thing about this information is I am able to plan financially for whatever is needed. Yes, it's exactly like setting doctor's appointments, scheduling blood work and any other service. He is proficient, I don't see how I could maintain the vehicle without his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Dr. K.; Ms. Govan, a brilliantly highly-technological minded young woman. She manages to troubleshoot the issues I have with my Lexus Enform. I was concerned that on 8/20 there was going to be a scheduled update of one of my packages, she went through the system and shared everything that would occur. She is also following an update I hope to receive relative to the text message passage, while driving. The ES does allow you to respond to your texts by clicking on a pre-prepared statement. I can't imagine being without a Lexus in any way. I really couldn't imagine being without the Meade Dealership as a whole, they are Regal and you are always treated not as a customer, but a valued individual and that your product and you are phenomenal. So today, I thank and appreciate Tony K., Marla Govan and Meade Lexus Dealership experience--you have never failed me. More
