In a pinch I was getting refuntonleavr town and saw my tire light was on. I called Gony and asked what I should do. Even though he had no appointments available I was getting refuntonleavr town and saw my tire light was on. I called Gony and asked what I should do. Even though he had no appointments available he told me to come right in. When I arrived he promptly greeted me and has my car in the shop within a few minutes. After find a nail in one of my tires he got it fixed and got me on the road in very little time. Reasons like this is why I continue to come back to see Tony for service! More

Waiting for Service -- Pleasurable I didn't think service in the Service Department with Tony K could get any better, but going through the angst of losing air in one tire, in one week I didn't think service in the Service Department with Tony K could get any better, but going through the angst of losing air in one tire, in one week and following up with my Maintenance soon alert where during this check Tony found nails in two tires--he patched and replaced, did all of the required maintenance for this visit in record time I made it to the airport timely!! During this visit I had an opportunity to gain needed information still about my navigation system from Marla Gavon and maybe it's no big deal to some, thanks to her I now have an app in which I can make my monthly payments on my vehicle timely and with ease. Her technological information keeps me from fearing the high-tech abilities on my vehicle. With Tony's expertise, I feel empowered that my ES350 is running to its maximum best. There is no doubt, he knows every inch of the vehicle and when it should be done and how, the performance of my car says it best. Both Tony and Marla are Lexus physicians--I am so grateful to Meade Lexus not only for my fabulous vehicle, but realizing the expertise needed in order to maintain such a wonder. And lastly, hats off to the entire front desk staff, the three ladies Nancy, Nicole and Ms. Allen really cared for me during that service wait time, thankful. And always a pleasure to interact with Adam Grace, well-informed on the workings of my 350 and Mike Bui, a man of few words that I will never forget kept me safe having previously changed a flat on the side of the road.
