Though, I only did recall campaign, Dave throughly checked my vehicle and also clearly explain what service should be done and what might need to be done in near future. I think the way they explain to customer is very prefessional and very easy to understand why you need to do it without pressuring customer like some other dealership do. My service person, Gregory Edmonson was waiting for me when I arrived. As usual, I felt like a valued customer. He was very patient, allowing me to take the time I needed, to explain my concerns. He later explained what was going on with my vehicle, in a way I completely understood. Gregory was very courteous and professional, providing service in a prompt, timely manner, from the beginning to the end. He is a true asset to Lexus. It's obvious why they keep him, "He's awesome."
