Thanks to Tony K finding the leak in the seal of a tire that had been a nuisance. He zeroed in on the problem with the tire and made very specific arrangements to get it repaired. In the meantime, I was provided with a loaner--although without my ES 350 briefly, I see that that Lexus vehicles are just extraordinary. Hoping that my spouse will consider one (any one of them) Tony enhanced that possibility. When I returned, Marla Govan gave me technical support once again, syncing my phone with my own vehicle and highlighting and reviewing the features that are offered with my IPhone. As a senior retention is not my strong suit, but Ms. Govan manages to explain the system and its variations with specificity. I am grateful to Tony and Marla for their professionalism and expertise. On that day for the 30k mile service, I had another opportunity to work with amazing Adam G. he was available to answer all of my questions entering the process by checking me in and getting me into a loaner. Thank you. Tony followed up with the official end of the process detailing all the work done. Tony and Adam are like a Meade-Duo or something! Both independently capable. The service and quality of the Meade vehicles is wonderfully astounding. Also last week, on at least two occasions after purchasing a new IPhone6, I'm learning so much, especially how to get everything in syncing order with my Lexus Enform. Mona took diligent time with me for which I truly thank her for using her skills. But, I had to return, which it turned out there was something I was doing--like disconnecting the Bluetooth from my phone, that marvelous Marla Govan spent an amazing amount of time getting me logged into Enform and connected into the various apps, at least 5 of them available to me in my fabulous ES350. Marla has technical knowledge that was unwaivering. What I also determined, if for any reason she does not know the answer--she doesn't stop until she gets it. She's patient and unrelenting, what a combination. I'm no longer surprised at the caliber of staff that works for Meade Lexus--not one individual has disappointed me. And the front service desk, every single time I come, I feel like I'm at Mama's house, you know where you're welcomed with gracious arms--for that THANK YOU again, Nancy and Kristin.
