She is the first contact with a customer, and is professional, courteous and welcoming. My service advisor during my recent visit was Tony Krajewski. He is knowledgeable and fair. He does not push unneeded services and gives honest information about how to proceed with questionable services. He is also excellent with customer service. He does what he says he is going to do, and in a timely manner. More
Calm and Helpful Greg always helps me with whatever my car needs. He doesn't try to sell me on anything and lets me know exactly what I have to have done. If he can talk me through it, (which he has done over the phone on several occasions) he does or simply says we need to make an appointment or just drop by and it can be taken care of really quick, never a hidden agenda! I have been a Southfield customer for 10 plus years now. Tony replaced my first Service Rep who I adored. I was hesitant as with any new personnel but I can say Tony takes care of both my current babies the IS350C and the RX350, and most importantly me! Thank you Tony for the most excellent service! 5th Car Lexus Owner! More

A concern that I have for purchasing or leasing such luxurious vehicle, is: How do I care for it? You want to be able to maintain it for your personal use or to be a preowned vehicle. With the Southfield Lexus Service Department as I have been under the guidance of Anthony Krajewski. Friday of last week, he did it again. My tire pressure was extremely low, I didn't know if it was due to the weather or a slow-leak. One, brief and precise telephone call to Tony, advising me to come in and it would be cared for--wow. I did exactly what he said and he was eve there to greet me and advise the valet of what I was there for. It was a brief visit, but exact as he told me within minutes that I had nothing to worry about. I could see on the display that each tire had been adjusted and Tony indicated there were no slow leaks....It is a wonderful feeling to know, that Lexus is there and staff like Tony K. always, always, has my back! More

refused to do the work necessary to solve problem I took my IS 250 F-Sport into dealer for 5000 mile oil change and to fix my heated seats. They refused to fix my seats and said it was a design issue I took my IS 250 F-Sport into dealer for 5000 mile oil change and to fix my heated seats. They refused to fix my seats and said it was a design issue - that the heated seats on the IS don't get warm enough to feel as with other Lexus vehicles. My seats generate no warmth compared to my previous Lincoln, Cadillac, BMW and even their own loaner. Seems ridiculous. Car was also returned to me covered in salt and dirt.....gave me impression that they never touched it. I wouldn't be surprised if they just reset the maintenance reminder and didn't bother to change the oil either. Usually luxury dealers take the time to wash car before returning. More
