I first spoke with my salesman, Michail, as I came to the dealership before my scheduled service time and Jessica was finishing her prior customer. Michail answered some questions I had about a battery issue and he showed me a new vehicle that I may have an interest in down the road. He was accommodating and made my brief wait there fruitful.
