My service person was very polite and friendly, he made sure I was comfortable and my vehicle was returned to me quickly. One thing the others service people never did was take the time to show me the eng sure I was comfortable and my vehicle was returned to me quickly. Service time was short. Waiting room was stellar. They are so friendly and quick to get you in and out. Coffee, tea, water, and refreshments are provided, as well as ipads to keep customers occupied whil are so friendly and quick to get you in and out. One thing I can say about Meade Lexus of Southfield is that the service is always great. Don is one of the most thorough service managers I've worked with.
