I always have a wonderful experience whenever I go the Meade Lexus in Southfield, Mi. Everyone is sooooo nice and friendly. My car is 11yrs old and they always treat me like I just bought it. I told my service consultant Adam, "that if Lexus had not of made my car so good that I would trade it in". But nothing is wrong. 154,000 miles and counting and I've only had oil changes, brakes and tires. NO MAJOR REPAIRS EVER!!! I would't part with my "Lexy" for anything.......well maybe for the new LS 460hL. Keep up the fantastic work guys and I'll be seeing you in 5,000 miles for another oil change. Thank you More

I have been working with Tony for over 3 years since I bought my vehicle from the dealership where he works. Everytime I have needed service work done in the past, I have called Tony directly and he has bought my vehicle from the dealership where he works.
