I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gregory for the last 4 or 5 years or so... He has always been nothing but professional and personable. I was in the dealership for an oil change on 5/15/013 for an last 4 or 5 years or so... He has always been nothing but professional and personable. I was in the dealership for an oil change on 5/15/013 for an oil changed and to have one of my tires checked because my tire indicator kept coming on. I discovered one of my lights out on the front of my car... I asked Greg to have the service technician check it out for me, He did, the technician not only discovered 1 blown bulb but 5 (lol). Before just replacing the other bulbs he came to me, told me how much it would cost and ASKED me if I wanted to have then replaced, instead of just having them replaced without my permission. When I ask questions I get straight answers and if it's something that he can't answer, about a service or price he will always call me with the answer within 24 hours as he promises. I have referred family to Meade Lexus because of Greg... Thanks Greg! More

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the coffee was fresh and hot.
