My visit to the dealership that day came with a strange request. I had a living groundhog under my rear of the car. I was terrified and wasn't sure what to do after I stopped at a local oil change place request. I had a living groundhog under my rear of the car. I was terrified and wasn't sure what to do after I stopped at a local oil change place and they said, you have a very large animal in the rear of your car. They tried to assist without successful getting him out. However, your service department and I mean the whole service department spent about 30 minutes carefully trying to encourage this animal to get out without hurting him. A group of grown men with such compassion, it was great! They ultimately, got him out and safely returned him to his habitat on the grounds of Meade Lexus Southfield. Love this dealership! My husband wanted me to get an estimate on replacing the front and back seat carpet of my LX 570 (along with my 45,000 service). Mr. Ferguson took it upon himself to call Lexus to see if they would cover any of the replacement. I came into the service department, I was greeted by Adam Grace. He was very helpful and informative, Adam even had my vehicle wash and vacuum for free.
