When there for just routine service, Tony always asks if there is anything else about the car that is giving us any concern, which he can look at. Service is completed in a very short period of time, while we wait, most times, and when completed the car is always shining like new. For sales, we have had Karen as our rep for the past 5 Lexus vehicles we have leased. She is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly person in her job and we look forward to seeing her each time when are in the dealership. We have become friends over the years, sharing family stories and remaining close. We can always call on her no matter what the concern and she treats us like a king and queen. More

Adam took care of everything the second I walked in. I made it to the dealership an hour early because I left work early anticipating heavy traffic. They still took care of my vehicle well before my sched made it to the dealership an hour early because I left work early anticipating heavy traffic.
